More feedback on Jalen’s Lesson Plans...
I have to tell you (again, probably) how excited I am about using your books and how EASY getting ready for the first day has been--because so much is already done! If only you had a book for my Exploring Cultures class....sigh!
I gave my first quiz--the one where I run around and sit, etc., and they write yes or no. They did really well and loved it. One kid said, "This is cool. Will all quizzes be like this?"

I'll give you more details so you can know how great your lessons are... my Spanish 1 students write 3/4 page stories after only 6 weeks of instruction all because we started using your graphic organizers. That's a first for me. There are a few to choose from so it never gets boring. My students walk in the door and give me GENUINE, good feedback on the class. They tell me it's their favorite class and they feel that they are learning a lot. They love the Cabeza Loca and so do I because they make great a great sub plan. They also love reverse charades.
I hope you will consider going further and creating lessons for Spanish 2 and 3. I wish you were in my district so we could collaborate! Yesterday at our Vertical Team meeting I shared my success with your lessons. As I anticipated, one of the teachers will order from you.

I already have your Spanish 1A book that I received as a gift from a teacher who was my CT during my internship, and I am now awaiting the other half. I am just wondering when I should begin to expect them in the mail, I made my order tonight. I love your lesson plans, and I was so glad that my cooperating teacher used TPRS and showed me this wonderful style. It suits my personality, because I LOVE drama and acting, and the kids love it! I was wondering if you happen to have or are working on a Spanish 2 edition, 2A and 2B? If you're not, can you make a recommendation for a Spanish 2 TPRS book that would follow yours well? I would greatly appreciate it. I have seen some other "kits" that include pictures and vocab, but not complete like yours, which I love! This is my first year teaching, and your books have made it so stress free!!!

I am loving your materials. They are just what I needed. Translating them to French keeps me just barely ahead of the kids, but it's worth it. I like them because they add a lot of variety to my classes. Mine were getting so tedious. Also, you use the literacy strategies that we are all supposed to be focusing on at our school.
